Call for Abstracts
The MNS Meeting Scientific Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for presentation. Submissions are sought for oral and poster presentations and can be made via the MNS website.
Abstracts submitted for oral presentation need to be uploaded by March 31st. After that date, you may still submit an abstract to be considered for poster presentation until April 28th.
Abstract Submission Details
- Before submitting your abstract, please review carefully the Abstract format instructions.
- Abstracts must be submitted by April 28th, 2025 for consideration by the Scientific Committee. In order for an abstract to be finally accepted, you need to be registered for the MNS2025 meeting.
- To submit your abstract, you must first be a paid member of MNS via the MNS website. Only accepted abstracts of registered and MNS paid members and presenters will be included in the final scientific programme. The presenting author is expected to attend the Conference and give his/her presentation.
- Only one abstract can be submitted per presenter.
Presentation Type
Abstracts may be submitted as oral or poster presentations. Please note that if an overwhelming number of oral presentation submissions are received, the Review Committee reserves the right to offer poster presentations for some of these abstracts.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting an abstract, authors confirm that they understand and accept the following rules for participation in MNS Meeting 2025:
- All author(s) approve submitting this work for presentation.
- The author(s) transfer(s) all copyright ownership of the named abstract to MNS Meeting 2025.
- At least one author will be available to present the abstract if selected for the programme. The authors will immediately notify the MNS Meeting Secretariat if they are unable to present an abstract or if the presenting author is changed. The organizers reserve the right to remove a presentation from the programme.
